Appointment Policies
We know life happens. Because many of our appointments are long (often 3–5 hours), we ask for a little notice if you need to make changes so we can offer that time to someone on our waitlist.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time may incur a $50–$100 cancellation fee, depending on the service booked and the time reserved.

Yes. All new clients require a $50–$100 deposit to secure the first booking (amount depends on the service).
Deposits are non-refundable

If cancellations/reschedules happen repeatedly, we may require a $50–$100 non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings (deducted from your service total on the day). Cancelling within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

Yes. We send a confirmation text 2 days before your appointment.

Yes. To secure your appointment, we require a reply at least 24 hours before your booking.
If we don’t receive a response, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to clients on our waitlist. A deposit may be required for future bookings. -
Absolutely—just please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Timing is reserved specifically for what you booked:
Full head foils: usually 4–5 hours
Half head foils: usually 3–4 hours
Last-minute changes can create long wait times on the day, and in some cases may result in a cancellation of service feeif we’re unable to adjust the schedule.

We totally understand that delays happen. If you’re running late, please call or text us as soon as you can so we can adjust where possible.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you as long as it doesn’t impact other clients’ appointments. Depending on how late you arrive and what service you’re booked for, we may need to:
adjust your service on the day (so we can still finish on time), or
reschedule your appointment if there isn’t enough time to complete it.
If we’re unable to complete the booked service due to a late arrival, a cancellation of service fee may apply (as outlined above).
