About Hair Club
The August Hair Club is a complimentary loyalty and community program offered by August Hair Co. It provides members with access to events, gifts and other benefits throughout the year.
Hair Club is designed to recognise and thank our clients for their ongoing support.
Membership
Hair Club membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
You do not need to be an existing client to join.
A valid email address is required to register.
Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
How Hair Club Works
Hair Club is accessed digitally via a phone wallet card.
Eligible in-salon purchases (and online purchases once available) may contribute to Hair Club activity.
Hair Club levels are based on activity over a rolling 12-month period.
Membership levels may move up or down over time depending on activity.
There is nothing members need to track — all activity is recorded automatically.
Events, Gifts and Benefits
Hair Club events are held periodically and availability is limited.
Invitations, gifts and benefits are offered based on a member’s current Hair Club level at the time.
Gifts, experiences and benefits may vary and are subject to availability.
Benefits are not redeemable for cash, services or refunds and are not transferable.

By joining the August Hair Club, members agree to receive:
